Moved from a Global team, to focus on the entire UK Network support, with more specifics in Voice and LAN onto my other continued support functions. Assisted with large ISP supplier migration from BT to Energis / Cable & Wireless. Also worked on the DHL Voice application upgrade from Analogue to VoIP.

As part of a Global support team, I provided support for the DHL Voice & Data Network. Working on projects such as Cisco VoIP deployment, large site migrations and customer services refurbishment (Data & Voice Services).

After completing my NVQ I took a placement in the DHL IT Helpdesk as a Helpdesk Agent. After a year of this position, helping the team move into an analyst tier system, I was promoted to Senior Helpdesk Analyst, providing front line technical support UK Wide.

As part of an NVQ in Business Studies, I spent two years with DHL working in various departments learning both the trades of those departments, as well as gathering valuable business skills to contribute towards my NVQ.
