Represent clients in complex antitrust litigation and in government investigations by the U.S. and European antitrust agencies. Member of trial teams in Gordon, et al. v. Microsoft Corp. (2003-04), Comes, et al. v. Microsoft Corp. (2007), and FTC v. Paul L. Foster and Western Refining, Inc. (2007).

Trial Attorney and Acting Assistant Chief in the Telecommunications Task Force. Conducted a variety of merger and civil non-merger investigations in the telecommunications and high technology industries, including WorldCom-MCI and WorldCom Sprint. Represented the DOJ at European Commission proceedings. Led the DOJ's competition policy efforts under the Section 271 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996. Member of the trial team in U.S. v. Long Island Jewish Medical Center, et al. Detailed to U.S. Attorney's Office and tried 21 criminal misdemeanor cases in Superior Court.
