Participated in contract negotiations to replace existing IV pumps. Contract will result in reduction of OhioHealth’s annualized lease cost of $150K annually and cost avoidances of approximately 3M associated with end of term costs associated with current lease and software on new pumps.Part of Equipment Planning Task Force committee for Riverside Methodist Hospitals Neurological Science Tower project. Equipment budget of 52M on overall project budget of 320M. Responsibilities include: RFP Development, assist in developing equipment budget, monitor equipment budget and report cost avoidances from budget.Negotiated sole source equipment and disposable pulse oximetery contract for OhioHealth. Contract will result in annualized expense reduction of 500K in disposable costs and provides OhioHealth with new equipment at no upfront cost.
