The goal of the South Bay YMCA Facilities committee is the expansion, modernization, and renovation of existing facilities to maintain and increase a strong YMCA membership. Duties of the committee are as follows:·Review, approve and monitor Branch facility projects·Review Branch repair and replacement plan·Review and recommends future capital expansion·Review and monitor branch equipment needs and preventive maintenance plan·Evaluate Branch needs for leased facilities and recommends any changes to Branch Board·Evaluate branch hazard communication and safety plan·Interpret Branch facility and equipment needs to the Board of Management

MicroMentor is an online service that connects small business owners, particularly those with low incomes and limited access to business resources, with business mentors.

Assist Recreation Therapists in providing planned rehabilitation, leisure, and recreation activities for Spinal Cord Injury Unit patients.

Accountable for the development and implementation of the mall marketing program, sales analysis, corporate and merchant communication, and community public relations.Established, directed and coordinated all property management activities and strategic plans to maximize profits and strengthen the respective center’s marketing and sales position Hired, trained, and supervised mall personnel and contract service employees. Advised and formulated workable solutions to complex legal, financial, and operational issues.Directed new tenant construction and Tenant remodel process including defining and planning Landlord work requirement, reviewing Tenant plans, and monitoring Tenant construction process.

Managed eight retail, office, and mixed-use properties totaling 1.2 million square feet and generating $420,000 in annual management fees. Responsibilities included operations, tenant relations, budgeting, rent collection, lease renewals, and tenant fit-out coordination.
