Specializing in Desktop and Server virtualization, and working across Mac OS X, Windows, and Linux operating systems, I supported our sales teams domestically and overseas from a technical pre-sales perspective. Daily responsibilities included introducing the Parallels suite of solutions via telephone, email, and Webex (or similar online meeting room). After an initial introduction, I worked directly with customers to aid in helping them install our software and guide them through a successful proof of concept (POC). Onsite customer visits were also made depending on the customer location and/or size of the opportunity.

I was responsible for installing and maintaining company provided hardware and software at customer locations as well as training staff members in the shipping departments and writing Microsoft Access queries to help manage package data.
