I have opened up Finance designed in 2024 to utilise my 20 plus years of finance experience to help clients with their finance requirements for residential and commercial lending. After having a break I have come back into the industry excited to make a difference to my client's journeys.The property market, economy and society has changed a lot since covid . We are in the digital age now with far less face to face contact with our clients and more so contact through Zoom calls and a direction I will be taking the business will be seeing people face to face and if they prefer Zoom calls that will be fine but I do beleive in really getting to know my clients which always gives the best outcomes.The cost of living in Australia has priced many out of the market as well as putting people into financial hardship and these are hard topics for anyone to talk about but I am here to listen and assist you in anyway I can . I have a large panel of lenders which cater for multiple scenarios.Looking forward to an exciting year!!

The work with All Gardens are Us was extremely rewarding bringing our clients dreams to life!! We did all aspects of Landscape construction/design from Retaining Walls, timber decking, feature walls, Paving, fencing and garden design. From a young age I loved building, creating beautiful gardens and decided to take a break from the Finance world to fulfill a passion I always wanted to do and after full filling my dream I am back to my original career which I love in Mortgage Broking!! I completed a Certificate 1V in Structural Landscaping and Certificate 3 in Paving.

I started Fast Track Mortgages in 2003 which I sold late 2009, moved on to working with LG Hooker financial for 12 months and then my own Mortgage broking business called Spence Financial. I moved on from Spence Financial to full fill a dream of building beautiful landscapes.

This was my first time as a Mortgage broker and Wizard Home loans was an amazing platform to learn how to be a successful broker. Coming from the commonwealth Bank in which I sold one product opposed to hundreds as a broker. A great experience!!

I was the personal lending manager with a 500k delegation in charge of all personal lending in the branch, Home loans, stepping in as necessary to manage the team in the branch.

I handled foreign currency loans, import/export letters of credit, preparation of home Loan documentation, home loan Settlements, credit delegation in variations, construction loans, new Home loan delegation for Home Loans and then the Commonwealth Bank purchased the Colonial State bank.

I started in the branch network with customer service moving on to back-office operations in head office dealing with tracing funds that had gone missing in banking transactions from eftpos, branch network to the various exception reports in banks that need to be attended to.
