I'm honored to serve our customers as the Manager of Customer Success at DroneSense. I lead an incredible team of Customer Success Managers and Learning and Development Specialists, all dedicated to our customer's mission success. I'm passionate about customer experience. I understand software designed for Public Safety must be mission ready. I obtained my FAA Part 107 sUAS license in 2017. I was the UAS Program Manager for the City of Boulder Police Department, while retiring as a Detective Sergeant with over twenty-five years of experience in public safety. Expertise in comprehending and supporting the unique requirements and challenges of public safety, to include a focus on leadership, investigations, policy-driven practices, crime scene investigation, and the need to intuitively shift priorities while remaining flexible and professional in a fast-paced environment. Trusted experience in leading and supporting customer success teams, public safety UAS team, police officers and detectives, and applying best practices within Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Public Safety regulations.
