About David St Clair

The cornerstone of my career as a buyer's agent and listing agent is client service. Nearly twenty years of corporate sales and marketing experience in New York City in the ultra competitive advertising and telecom industries was a daily lesson that great business results only come from asking questions and listening carefully to clients. By understanding their objectives and challenges and then devising and implementing creative solutions that effectively got the job done or better still, exceeded the client's expectations.Making a career transition from fast moving corporate sales and marketing to respresenting residential sellers and buyers in a desireable community like Chatham has been a natural fit because so many aspects of the two are the same. Gone are the days where a realtor's sign in the yard and an open house garnered both seller and buyer an outcome they were happy with. Today, vast amounts of information is available to both buyer and seller, the process of selling a property has become significantly more sophisticated; like the multi faceted advertising campaigns I used to deal with daily, highly sought after residential properties now need to be marketed effectively across multiple media platforms to reach the right buyer.In addition to being technology savvy and the tenacity instilled in me from corporate sales, I can offer clients the vantage point of being deeply ingrained in the social fabric of Chatham. My wife and I have lived in Chatham for almost twelve years, we are raising our three young daughters in the community and we have both volunteered extensively within our kids schools, church, sports leagues, the Chatham Newcomers Club and similar local organizations.
