During his 30 year career, David St. Jean has worked with numerous companies on a wide range of M&A advisory, restructuring, defense and capital raising activities having completed over $300 billion in transactions. Clients have included Qualcomm, Cisco, Motorola, FIS, JDSU, Xerox and many others. Mr. St. Jean established Centerview's west coast presence in 2008. He was a founding partner of the Centerview Capital Technology Fund where he sits on the investment committee. Mr. St Jean commenced his investment banking career at Drexel Burnham Lambert in 1987 and was recently named one of the world's top technology bankers by the Financial Times. Mr. St Jean is on the Board of Leaders for the USC Marshall School of Business where he is a frequent guest lecturer.
