Product portfolio includes a Parking Management System and a Bike Sharing System.Key Responsibilities :• Manager of the functional analysts team• Engage with B2B customers to gather and document product requirements• Build excellent relationships with strategic customers• Help prioritize roadmap features• Publish the product release notes• Perform product demos to key customers• Be the link between engineering, QA, technical support and B2B customers

Work on many projects in the broadcast industry as part of the custom solution group. Key Responsibilities• Review and update functional requirements provided by the customer• Design and implement custom features• Provide accurate estimates to make sure the budget is respected• Responsible for acceptance testing procedure• Coordinate and deploy custom software on-site• Manage customer expectations on-site• Manage customer training and support
