About David Stage

My unique combination of education, skills and work experience has allowed me to develop my strengths in customer service, service support and complaint resolution. Because of my varied background, I am a resourceful and creative problem solver. I can always find multiple solutions to even the most complex problem. Although I don't have a tradition background for IT Support, I have a passion for helping others. Prior to entering the IT Support field I helped people solve problem on a daily basis as a Police Officer. The experiences and lessons I have learned from my 5 years as an Officer has prepared me to help other in many different situations. I look forward to continuing to help others in this new career field of IT support and developing my skills in troubleshooting, networking, programing, and security through the Google IT support certification.
