I worked with a multidisciplinary team as part of a drug development/drug discovery program within the Institute for Advancing Medical Innovation (IAMI), a small biotech company, in the greater Kansas City metropolitan area. In this role, I managed a team of lab technicians, that supported the data acquisition for the SOW contracted by various agencies, including NIH, DCLK1 LLC, and Ciclomed. Moreover, I provided biological expertise to the project development, and worked closely with the chemistry and leadership teams with the goal of advancing projects towards patentability and first in human Phase I clinical trials.
