I am a lab Technician responsible for Qualitative testing of gasoline, jet fuel, ethanol and fuel oil. Magellan Midstream Partners owns the pipelines through the Midwest through which a majority of the gasoline is transported.

Within the Biopharmaceutical Development/Analytical Characterization - Dissolution Department, performed method development, validation, revision, and transfer as Dissolution Associate. Perform Dissolution testing for release, stability, and Formulation support. Document, Summarize, Communicate and peer review analytical results. Author Analytical Methods and Reports. In charge of performing Dissolution apparatus calibrations, and training newer employees on this Procedure.

• Quality Control Lab Manager involved in all aspects of the QC process and release of generic animal pharmaceutical products. • Oversee QC testing and QC technicians, maintain QC records on all productions of generic animal pharmaceutical products. • Track inventory of equipment and supplies used in QC, order appropriate supplies and equipment on an as needed basis. • Train new personnel on proper operation, calibration and repair of Analytical equipment. • Assist in the Development of Methods to ensure timely release of products. • Change or Write and Implement necessary SOP’s and Methods, train personnel on these SOP’s and Methods.

Quality Control Lab Manager involved in all aspects of the QC process and release of a radiopharmaceutical product. Oversee QC testing and QC technician, maintain QC records on all productions of a radiopharmaceutical product. Track inventory of equipment and supplies used in QC, order appropriate supplies and equipment on a monthly basis. Train new personnel on proper operation, calibration and repair of Analytical equipment, review and teach current SOP’s.

Analytical chemist working under prescribed procedures (protocols, standard operating procedures, methods, etc.) Assisted in planning the conduct of a study, monitor study procedures to insure data accuracy and report quality. Conducts procedures using laboratory equipment (Dissolution, HPLC, Karl Fisher Titrations particularly), computer resources, and institutional libraries. Trains subordinate positions on techniques required to perform job functions. Prepares reports and data for C of A's for clients. Completes applicable regulatory training and regulatory compliance responsibilities and volunteer member of safety committee.

Perform routine testing on all samples in the Quality Control Analysis Laboratory using analytical instrumentation. Provide the analytical data to the production plants for process control, Waste Treatment, Quality Control, Process Development, and Packaging/Stability Development.

Performed chemical testing following approved methodology; to assure that the potency, purity, safety, and stability of products, components and in-process stages are in compliance with approved chemical specification. Evaluated methods, reviewed test results and data, solved problems related to technical and equipment issues, and was a training resource.
