Inspect complex sheet metal Aerospace components using CMM's and various metrology equipment to support in process inspection, final inspection, first article inspection or other engineering-assigned tasks. Review and troubleshoot CMM operation and programs. Coordinate CMM maintenance and calibration. Communicate inspection results with relevant team(s). Support shop floor functions. AS9100 certified facility. Prime customers included Pratt Whitney, Lockheed Martin, USG, Honeywell and GE.

Perform rough cutting of granite, quartz, silestone, porcelain and DEKTON on a 5-axis SASSO saw. Proofread templates to drawings and communicate to polishing teams the appropriate finish requirements. Communicate to CNC department any sink installation requirements.

Inspect Aluminum wheels using CMMs. Primary CMM programmer responsibilities, including PPAP layout, in-process inspection, and GP-12. Customers include GM, Honda, Toyota, FCA, Ford and Nissan. Work with engineering team and HQ team to develop manufacturing process including new tooling, vision systems, continuous improvement.
