The DDC Group is a global BPO business provider.As a senior project manager I am responsible for creating and executing project plans for a variety of business partners in accordance with the contract and the statement of work. I manage up to 10 projects simultaneously. During the early stages of each project, I direct activities of the project teams during discovery and testing and I mange all aspects of the roll-out and implementation.I regularly meet and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to effectively communicate goals and ensure project objectives are completed on timeI proactively identify and resolve challenges and track project goals and activities in Share PointI routinely host meetings to share project milestones with clients and management teams.I mentor junior associates and have created new forms and tracking methodologies for measuring KPI’s that became SOP for the department.

This was a new position and I was responsible for helping to create structure and procedures for the role.I gathered existing client data from several sources and built a new client database in Sales force for my territory.I built relationships with existing clients in my assigned territory and explained new services and highlighting the advantages of moving clients from analog/ legacy services to our new digital servicesI worked closely with internal and external stakeholders during discovery, development, testing and implementation process.
