David has had a highly accomplished senior international tax, finance and strategy professional career spanning 30 years across Australia, Asia and the Middle East. He has led international business transformation and policy reform projects in the private and public sectors.David has served as a Partner at EY in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), leading the firm’s UAE Tax Practice and its’ Middle East & North Africa Indirect Tax Practice. He was previously a Partner at PwC in the UAE and Australia in the firm’s Tax and Consulting Practices, respectively. Earlier, David was Partner at KPMG in Australia and Hong Kong/China, including leading the firm’s Tax Strategy & Policy Practice. David has leadership, investment, senior management, taxation, government relations, regulatory, governance and professional company director experience.He recently authored Dignity & Prosperity- The Future of Liberal Australia, which was launched by former Prime Minister The Hon John Howard OM AC and Opposition Leader The Hon Peter Dutton MP on the Gold Coast in June 2023.
