Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of Business Intelligence solutions to help steer the business in the areas of Planning and Execution, Information Management, Reporting and Analytics. Projects spanned a variety of business areas including Customer Service, Inventory Management, Procurement, Financials, Product Planning and Logistics. Prior to BI Role, worked in Supply Chain managing the development, reporting, interpretation and analysis of the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) associated with the supply chain operations. Participated and lead project teams which drove capital improvements, cost reductions, and sustainable supply chain process improvements.

Established and managed the Transtar Help Desk which supported 656 end users at eleven dispersed sites. Managed the procurement, configuration, assignment and retirement of all Transtar’s personal computing assets. Developed and established policies for supported hardware and software standards and implemented a three year PC life cycle. Lead several client-server development projects.

Responsible for daily rail operations at the United Stated Steel Fairfield Works and for delivering safe, timely and cost effective transportation service to all customers. Developed the ability to plan for manpower, equipment and materials required to meet customer expectations. Developed relationship building skills in working with customers, employees, suppliers and upper management to complete the overall objectives.
