Primary responsibility – to act as technical lead and customer and supplier liaison for the management of all technical aspects of the business’s supply contracts to UK retail customers. Holding the sole technical role within the company my responsibility was to introduce and maintain product quality and operational standards with the bakery unit and retail outlets, liaising with local authorities in relation to the business’s operations and inspections of the company’s facilities. The position included internal auditing of the company’s facilities, assisting with the management of the bakery unit’s cleaning and maintenance, basic in house food hygiene training for all company employees and introduction and development of a company business management system.
