All related import/export transactions recorded correctly from day 1.- Led an inexperienced management team through a multiple ERP integration program onto SAP, and subsequent data cleansing- Proposed and implemented automated intercompany invoicing between UK and German operating companies. Resulting process saved manual keying of over 150 invoices per month.- Successfully implemented AP invoice parking functionality to remove reliance on spreadsheet tracking and increase team productivity- Successfully collaborated with the technical accounting team to implemented IFRS16 into the business. 12 months later, significantly reduced IFRS16 processing workload by leading successful implementation of IFRS16 module within SAP.
