Senior Business Systems Consultant
Current• Consulting with business partners on Fiserv system functionality and process improvement efforts.• Supporting Enterprise or Line-of-Business Fiserv system development efforts, and coordinating/ managing all associated activities.• Fiserv issue management and resolution, consulting on Fiserv skillblock/application functionality.• Active participation in larger project teams within the different business lines supported, coordination/management of Fiserv development requests specific to Wells Fargo and oversight of all departmental activities associated throughout the project. • Consults with business partners to clarify project objectives, identify and define project requirements, timelines and participation in discovery efforts for potential future projects. • Partners with the business lines supported to provide technical direction in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are efficient and meet the business requirements. • Work with the business partners to resolve system production issues, questions, assess business needs and provide recommendations.
