As the IT Manager I managed a Windows network of over 100 users and over 140 devices in a call center and supervised up to four personnel. Designed and maintained the network for a new office, Managed hardware and software resources in a fast paced and quickly changing industry.I supported corporate data and voice networks utilizing Cisco Routers, Gateways, Call Manager and Unity servers connected to an inter-office phone system as well as to a predictive outbound dialer. Trained employees in the use of Microsoft operating systems and MS Office applications, Adobe Photoshop and Acrobat.Trained, managed and supported sales staff and call center staff with new software and sales applications. Coordinated the company’s web presence including designing graphics and content creation. Coordinated the company’s relationships with other technology vendors of banking software, mortgage industry specific software, hardware and Cisco VOIP phone systems and data networks.
