• As part of a three-person leadership team, worked closely with the Board to head all aspects of daily museum operations, bolstering institutional momentum at a crucial post-expansion transitional moment, and offered both leadership and support to staff, programmatic partners, and stakeholders while the search to identify a new Executive Director was undertaken.
