Responsible for the day-to-day marketing and leasing of the Thomas & Mack Company portfolio:• McCarran Center (MC): a 100 acre master-planned business center adjacent to the McCarran International Airport. The park (1.2 million SF) includes multistory and single story flex office buildings, restaurants, a day care facility and a 200 room Double tree Hotels. McCarran Center is home to numerous corporate clients such as Nevada State Bank, Humana, UPS, and many others. • Las Vegas Digital Exchange Campus (LVDEC): a 400 acre master-planned park developed in partnership with Clark County, Thomas & Mack and Majestic Realty. The park features a variety of product types single story flex buildings, multi-story office buildings, warehouse distribution facilities and a small retail complex. LVDEC has attracted numerous corporate entities including: Switch Communications, MGM International, KB Home, NV Energy and Switch. Thomas & Mack Development Group handles the 515,000 SF of Office space.• Las Vegas Technology Center II (LVTCII): a 90 acre park featuring single story and multi story office buildings. The center is home to office users including United Health Services, ADT Security and Arcata Associates. The project is located near numerous amenities and the Summerlin and Desert Shores master planned communities. (LVTCII is 187,000 SF)• Northern Beltway Industrial Center (NBIC): a 140 acre industrial center located at the intersection of the I-15 and I-215 freeways in North Las Vegas. The center features large bay distribution facilities as well as smaller buildings for lease and sale. NBIC is home to GE Locomotive, Bed Bath & Beyond and Veteran's Administration. (NBIC is 500,000 RSF.) US Bank Center is a 12-story, 144,000 RS high rise office tower. It is home to US Bank and many Law firms.
