Core developer on back-end engine which powers a new suite of healthcare appointment scheduling tools. Led technical strategy to integrate new scheduling suite into existing product, designing solutions for authentication and fine-grained authorization. Led on-boarding for three new developers to the zone.

Took a leading technical role in design and implementation for a mission critical service which generates 100,000+ healthcare interoperability documents daily, enabling athenahealth clients to claim millions of dollars in EHR Meaningful Use incentives. Smooth rollout and zero major downtime incidents during technical tenure.

Significantly improved SAML service provisioning tools, roughly halving developer time spent on IAM integration efforts while reducing the potential for misconfigurations. Integrated over twenty new applications with campus authentication services, and trained other developers on service provisioning process. Implemented two-factor authentication for SAML single-sign-on products.Maintained and enhanced OpenLDAP directory, enabling authentication for 75,000+ students, staff, and faculty. Wrote a test suite for complex directory access control rules, pushing development toward a CI/CD workflow.Maintained and enhanced campus authorization and role management systems.Designed and implemented a data feed to replicate campus admin roles into OpenLDAP.
