Current- Administered Windows 2003-2016 Active Directory domain containing over 500 distributed servers including file services, Exchange, disaster recovery and various custom applications and continued to manage server and storage hardware and software lifecycles and provide server, network and level 3 application support.- Designed and organized the implementation of multi-year virtualization effort leveraging VMware technologies to consolidate 255 physical servers to 15 ESXi 4.1 hosts including a shared storage solution to ensure high availability and disaster recovery within virtual environment. - Designed SAN solution for VMware virtualization effort and disaster recovery storage lifecycle management.- Led cross functional chronic issue resolution teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues. - Managed vendor relationships to ensure continuous coverage and support with minimum cost.- Designed and deployed 30 system Solaris server environments for Web, MDM, and database applications with high availability and disaster recovery.
