The Digital AML Team is responsible for conducting detailed investigations of Group Digital/Multi Channel customers• Produce detailed and investigative case files • Digital Responsible Gambling • Raise internal SARs (Suspicious Activity Reports) • AML or Counter Terrorist Financing (CTF)

• Risk management• Customer profiling• Incident management & resolution across Trading• Liaising with key stakeholders – Operations, Analytics, IT and Marketing. • Communicating effectively within the Trading Team to ensure the product and message is consistent

• Monitor customer-betting activities• Ensuring compliance with the following• Responsible Gambling and Self-Exclusion Guidelines• Security procedures• Cost Control

• Aid in the running of our sports betting department• Assist the product team, testing new developments releases• Work closely with marketing team and customer support department• Compile, manage and input betting markets• Set liability levels for both European and North American sports • Monitor customer-betting activities

Working within a team, my main tasks are to create and manage live prices for daily horse racing markets along with all ante post markets offered via our Internet Betting SiteMonitor customer-betting activities in addition to controlling individual stake factors Compile and manage betting markets for domestic and European football markets along with European and American golf tournaments

Working within a team of six, my main responsibilities where to control the markets offered on our Internet Betting Site and react swiftly to minimize liabilities for the company, once an agreed liability limit has been reached in a specific market it is my responsibility to ensure that new prices are issued working to similar margins and adjust where necessary the bet structure on the event.
