  Job description:‐ Maintain customer relationship, visit customers regularly to understand customer needs‐ Tracking trends of railway market, especially China market. Collecting official&unofficialinformation of railway system, and estimate the further market/plan.‐ Making cost/price calculation for a project, making overview of price and margin level for allChina projects for different customers.(CRC,TC,BST, Sifang,Puzhen,etc)‐ Negotiate with customer/partner regarding commercial issue, together with technical personto technical negotiation‐ Making forecast for every fiscal year, and adjust about 2‐3 times the forecast based oncurrent situation and information, then making next year plan as well as for next 3 yearsforecast.‐ Follow up the whole project from beginning, including earlier stage technical communicationwith technical department, define scope of supply, design freeze, cost calculation,commercial negotiation, attend first article inspection, batch delivery, payment tracking, etc.cooperate with service department to handle the after sale service issue.‐ As China market sales representative to attend every Innotrans Berlin and entertain Chinesecustomer during Innotrans‐ Trip to German headquarter for projects&sales meeting as well as training 2‐3 times a year.Before to be a sale, I was responsible for quality issue in EVAC.
