Practice lead for icare's organisational resilience arrangements, including our business continuity planning, crisis management and incident response and organisational resilience. I led the revision of icare's Pandemic Response Plan and I am was the lead coordinator for icare's COVID19 response. My work covered the ongoing development and maturation of icare's business continuity data and our business impact analysis documentation. This included an uplift to the data in icare's BC tool Readinow. I managed the preparation, planning, and post-mortem activities for all Business Continuity testing.I have worked with icare's functional areas to uplift our emergency management and evacuation process. our technology disaster recovery arrangement and our engagement with icare's material third party providers to ensure continuity and availability of services.
