Present program results to senior leadership (including the CEO of Amazon), analyze all potential new initiatives and collaborate on strategic planning.● Research and draft all quarterly and annual public-facing impact reports and internal reporting.● Representative Projects: o Created, launched, and currently manage the Amazon Housing Equity Fund/National Housing Trust Long-Term Affordable Homeownership Pilot Program, a $45 million program to fund the construction of 600 to 800 long-term affordable homeownership properties in the Seattle, Washington DC, and Nashville markets. o Primary project manager for Amazon’s $50 million partnership with the Washington State Department of Commerce’s housing development program. The goal of this program is to help support the construction of new multifamily properties near transit. o Managed contracts of $1.6 million with the Urban Institute in support of Amazon’s public policy efforts o Manage the Housing Equity Fund’s one- and three-year ongoing budget of over $100 million annually. o Developed an analytical method of planning the future growth of the Housing Equity Fund into new markets in support of a potential $5 billion expansion.

• Conduct economic analyses to support the business objectives of senior executives across the organization as well as the Chief Economist; provide support for FNMA presentations at industry events and to the Board of Directors; • Representative Projects: o Analyzed American Community Survey data to gain insight on gap in low-income housing for Multifamily team; o Analyzed homeownership rates across ethnic and racial demographics to understand the factors that drive home-ownership and gaps in home-ownership rates; o Analyzed and authored an internal publication on the inversion of the jumbo-conforming spread and its negative correlation with increases in g-fees; o Spearheaded an analysis of how the housing recovery has impacted different zip codes and what factors could be stunting recovery in certain areas, especially minority-majority zip codes; o Analyzed the performance of condo loans to determine how condo ownership changed after the housing crisis. • Conceptualized, designed, and built FNMA Connect, a data analysis tool marketed by FNMA as indispensable to mortgagees wishing to size and understand markets they serve or might want to enter. Since the product’s launch in January 2016, reviews across the company and from lenders have been universally positive.
