Lead teams on electro-mechanical product development efforts (robotics, wearables, consumer hardware & electronics)

- Design, manufacturing and volume production of integrated lithium battery based consumer electronics device- 3D parametric CAD modeling and detailed 2D drawing generation of parts and assemblies using SolidWorks and Fusion 360 software- Rapid prototyping and testing in-house using 3D printed PLA + nylon, CNC laser + router cut molds, silicone casting, and injection molding- Applied material properties understanding of plastics, metals, composites, rubbers and adhesives- Establish and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers and CMs in a startup environment- Detailed engineering and prototyping of next gen electrical stimulation medical device- Oversight of cross functional distributed teams working from 5 different countries

- Product design and engineering of small scale renewable energy and battery storage designs- Program management, independent engineer consulting and due diligence of domestic and international renewable, battery, and nuclear power systems- Detailed thermal, flow, pressure, electrical and mechanical analysis of safety critical subsystems- Interpretation and support on rules and guidelines associated with highly regulated governmentorganizations, programs, and loan offices- Project scheduling, resource allocation, task and risk management for multiple concurrent projects /development efforts

- Experience with materials strength and selection for composite parts- Design and production of carbon fiber sandwich core products for aerospace, astronomy and medicaldevices
