(Value of the project: USD 750 Million Dollars).

Leader of the Legal Department (Direct Report to the Country Manager) and responsible for the compliance of legal obligations committed before Peruvian Government and third parties. Ensuring the fulfillment of anti-corruption regulations and prevention of money laundering. Litigation strategy, internally and with respect to the joint operations of Blocks in which SK participates as non-operator.- Negotiation and closing on the sale of 17.6% of SK's shares in Transportadora de Gas del Perú S.A. (Transaction value: USD 251 Million Dollars).- Direct participation in the designing and implementation of the legal strategy that allowed to win the arbitration referred to the assumption of environmental remediation costs against the oil state company. (Arbitration value: USD 22.5 Million Dollars).- Implementation and Design of Compliance Program and responsible as Compliance Officer.- Negotiation and closing of commercial agreements of the company with its clients, mainly related to the Camisea Project. (Average value of each transaction: USD 4.5 Million Dollars).

Responsible of managing the company's regulatory, commercial and contractual obligations, direct report to the Director of Legal and Regulatory Affairs, and responsible of supervising 5 legal professionals to my charge. Negotiation of contracts with regulated clients in order to structure a legally viable and economically favorable business position for the company.- Permits required by regulatory and environmental entities and drafting of contracts to carry out the works that allowed the Commercial Commissioning (POC) to be achieved. (Value of the POC: Projected USD 100 Million of Dollars).- Permanent relationship with governmental officials to monitor the procedures and permits that the company requires to carry out its activities.- Responsible for supervising the auditing of company's contractors and participation in EEB's Auditing Committee. (Average value of contracts: USD 4.5 Million Dollars).

Direct report to the Legal Manager, in charge of answering queries of corporate, environmental, civil, labor and especially regulatory nature, in most cases related to Block 64 (operated by Talisman). Experience in hydrocarbons supervision and sanctioning procedures on the sector.- Drafting of company's contract templates and their standardization with those globally used by Talisman. Negotiation of such contracts with the representatives of contractors.- Control of the fulfillment with the License Contracts and Joint Operation Agreements signed by the company.- From June to August 2012: Drafting of service contracts for TALISMAN COLOMBIA, participating in the development of Colombian Block 8. Inter week trips to Bogotá to accomplish the aforementioned commission.

In charge of answering corporate, environmental and regulatory queries related to Camisea, as well as to Blocks 8 and 192. Monitoring of sanctioning procedures and drafting of contracts.- Contracts related to the core business of the company (construction, drilling, soil remediation, oil & gas services in general). (Maximum value of contracts: USD 50 Million Dollars).- Consultations referred to corporate and regulatory matters (both, gas and oil issues).- Review of commercial LNG and NG contracts.- Control of all the sanctioning procedures of the company in Peru and implementation of the legal strategy to conduct such procedures. (Amount of the contingencies: Up to USD 30 Million Dollars).

In charge to solve consultations for our clients regarding corporate and environmental issues especially referred to mining regulation. Consultations of corporate legal issues. Drafting of civil and commercial contracts (sales and purchase agreements, lease contracts, leasing, escrow and every kind of mining agreements, especially referred to mining concessions). Responsible of the Registration of mining concessions in the Mining Public Registry. Drafting of Powers of Attorney and recording of them in the corresponding Public Registry.Participation in “Due Diligences” of important mining clients. (Amounts involved: Up to USD 50 Million Dollars).

Drafting of different type of contracts requested by the clients (sales and purchase agreements, and mining agreements, especially referred to mining concessions), among others.
