This experience includes basic job/task analysis all the way to conducting formative/summative evaluations. I also have over 11 years experience in providing instruction in varied settings from traditional podium delivery to one-on-one. USN designated Master Training Specialist (MTS) in 1992 and have worked with USN training programs in development, execution, and maintenance.
