With over 24 years of experience in the US Navy, I am the Director at the Joint Warfare Analysis Center (JWAC), the Department of Defense's top data analytics organization and the newest Science and Technology Reinvention Laboratory (STRL). I lead a team of 350+ engineers, scientists, and analysts who develop strategic and advanced technical and cyber solutions for crucial operational objectives. I am passionate about leveraging data and technology to enhance national security and global stability, and I hold a master's degree in Diplomacy from Norwich University.As the Director of JWAC, I oversee the execution of a $130M operating budget and the delivery of data-driven recommendations to senior military and civilian leaders. I also foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the organization, and promote partnerships with other agencies, academia, and industry. Some of the skills that I use and develop in this role include analytical skills, communication, problem solving, and my expertise as an Integrated Air and Missile Defense Warfare Tactics Instructor (IAMD WTI). I am a certified instructor and a graduate of the Joint Professional Military Education program.
