  As the manager of our institutional fundraising, I raise nearly 50 percent of the Grand Canyon Trust’s annual revenue. This includes building and maintaining relationships with large and small funders, crafting compelling proposals, providing personalized updates and reports, developing project budgets in alignment with organizational budgets, and coordinating across administrative and program areas. I also have the privilege of coordinating and leading field trips to introduce partners to the incredible landscapes we protect and the communities with whom we work. Through this work, I build and maintain enduring relationships through regular communication and meaningful, personalized opportunities for engagement, and researching and reaching out to new partners.
