I'm a confident and passionate professional, I'm a father of two and I have more than 15 years of experience in both the creative and educational industries. After completing my degree in Graphic Design, I worked on a number of exciting projects as a freelance designer, including curating my own poster exhibitions, starting my own design collective, and a short stint working on a Harry Potter movie production. After a couple of years, I wanted a fresh new challenge; and so I moved to Italy - where I worked as a designer for several months, before happening upon a new role as a native English TEFL teacher in Venice. For the next decade, I grew my experience as a TEFL teacher, working in Italy, Argentina, Uruguay and finally Busan, South Korea. Whilst I travelled and taught, I continued to be involved with freelance Design, and this was always my first passion.As such, in 2015 (now a married man) I moved back to the U.K with the aim of finding myself a role in the design industry. I had the good fortune to find BrightCarbon – a presentation and eLearning design agency that offered me a chance to be creative, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and delight clients. Starting as a Design Consultant, I helped create visually engaging presentations for a multitude of global companies, and gradually rose to become a manager leading a freakishly talented team of designers and consultants. In my time working with amazing colleagues and clients, I've had the chance to build compelling narratives and visually stunning presentations, always striving to put a smile on client's faces. It's been an incredible ride, and there's so much more to come.Outside of work, I'm a man that loves the outdoors and whenever possible, I'm walking, hiking a mountain, or scrabbling up hills...I also try and sneak camping trips in as often as I can.I'm also keen rock-climber and boulderer, a football fan (Everton unfortunately) and have a life-long obsession with music.
