Project leader responsible for the successful completion of a major plant retrofit and upgrade. I was part of the Network Transformation team that implemented a major transformation that modernized and upgraded the prepared meats manufacturing network of plants across Canada. Through continuous improvement, our team was successful in closing most of the start-up negative variances to business case targets.I took over the role of Director of Industrial Engineering in 2015 and helped deploy new tools including a revamped database, network wide capacity models and efficient production parameters. My team played and continues to play a significant role in continuous improvement focusing on labor cost, capacity and yield loss across the manufacturing network of 17 plants in 4 provinces.
