Prepare/ design Off-site Utility Improvements and Roadway Improvements. Review of Jurisdictional Land Development Codes and Technical Standards. Determination of Utility availability, access management and Roadway Improvements. Permit all aspects of projects through local and state regulatory agencies

Verify grades and compaction of backfill for sanitary sewer and storm sewer installation for Spokane County Road Projects. Inspect various utility projects within Spokane County right-of-way. Run Standard Proctor Tests in the lab.
