Worked on FDA PMA approved companion diagnostic devices, CLIA/CAP Laboratory Developed Tests (LDTs), environmental surveillance systems, DNA/RNA sample purification, qualitative/quantitative and digital PCR, sequencing, rapid laboratory and field PCR tests, freeze-dried reagents, high resolution melting, mutation screening, multiplex genotyping, low/high throughput screening, and expression profiling. Collaborated with hardware and software engineers to develop integrated and automated system solutions. Operated within Quality System Regulations (QSR), current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Design Control. Managed programs/projects in multiple disease areas including oncology and infectious diseases.
