As a leading advisor at BestBuy, and an expert trained in all areas of the store, specializing in multiple brands and Magnolia, I supplied outstanding customer service to assist those in finding the technology, or solutions, that would best help them, or suite their wants/needs, and solve complex problems or dilemmas. I was required to stay up to date on the technologies, and smart ecosystems, I work with, and understand the other items that pertain to my field. With consistent monthly training, I am never at a disadvantage in the constantly changing technological world. I consistently met all established sales goals and frequently exceeded monthly sales goals, monthly credit card applications, and monthly TTS purchases. I managed and maintained displays as indicated by planograms, end cap, and bulk stack instructions. I investigated and resolved customer complaints or issues to strengthen store reputation and grow customer retention.
