Role and Responsibilities:• Provide total account management and oversee staff of twenty-four sales merchandisers for large retail and grocery chain clients in North Texas/West Texas/Central Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana region (725 stores serviced weekly)• Direct and manage space priorities and complete route design, assist in escalation and aspects of daily operations• Manage fleet of 24 vehicles for inspection/repair/replacement collaborating w/transportation team for company provided replacement vehicles, issue, and oversight of fuel cards and manage maintenance.• Oversee and approve hours to budget allocation, deploy overtime controls and utilizing Krono’s for timekeeping• Incorporate sales/forecasting tools for development of reporting to provide leadership with critical data variables such as labor and overtime utilization, payroll, sales reports, merchandise and case counts, client visits, mileage, and competitive surveys • Advising distribution leadership regarding daily status of inventory and shelf management to ensure adequate stock levels• Complete manual inventories weekly at the stores to reconcile electronic orders for precise count which drives production and distribution targets• Deliver executive presentations with oversight and analysis to review key trends and provide forecast and predictions • Builds long-lasting business relationships at the Executive Level to ensure that quality service is delivered, and value is recognized in the strategic client partnerships • Improve client tenure and expansion of product line through consultative account management• Deployed career succession planning strategy for merchandisers, and design/shift merchandiser coverage calendars, vacation schedules and backfill coverage when needed to ensure no gaps• Daily alignment w/production distribution to maintain supply chain to customers• Safety Training Manager for team (conducting monthly meetings/collaborating training materials need
