Senior Vice President
CurrentI am fortunate to belong to a diverse & rapidly transformative organization. I will be continuing my long-term history of identifying & securing new client relationships with large occupiers while developing bespoke CRE solutions which makes working at CRESA the perfect fit as their global partner, Knight Frank, is a remarkable & trusted global real estate provider, but also one that I successfully worked with & alongside for several years previously. CRESA is both an industry leader and a disruptor as it is largest ”Occupier Only” CRE firm. We advocate for our clients, deliver measurable results and never represent landlords”, and in doing so seek to change the rules of “typical industry practices that currently we deem are unfair to occupiers. I like that and so do our clients! CRESA’s true value centers arounds proper solutioning upfront, and delivering with strict governance & processes so we are fully accountable in delivering “best practices” & scalable solutions. CRESA has strategically and wisely (In my opinion) chosen though to refrain from providing FM as frankly this particular CRE service area varies distinctly from all other core CRE services and decisions around both providing FM services and clients procuring or hiring for FM services should be evaluated, selected, and delivered separately from other holistic CRE services such as Transaction Mgmt. (Brokerage), Investment & Capital Markets, Technology, Workplace and Employee/Customer Experience, Project Mgmt, Lease Administration, & RE Strategy & Consulting Services. CRESA offers these services globally while aligning clients short-term decisions with their long-term visions. Also, let’s face it – occupiers were already shifting how overall RE assets/workplace resources were being deployed well before the global pandemic, and that trend has now escalated that it is imperative for any CRE organization to be thinking 3 steps ahead, dynamically, and creatively, all of which is why I chose CRESA.
