• Oversaw 18 personnel with 2 civilians and managed 4 clinics to include daily patient rehabilitation of over 120 patients and instructional periods to operational units consisting of 10-15 hours monthly.
• Recognized for acquisition of facilities/equipping of a new clinic with all man-hours organized through recruitment of volunteers and donations of equipment from outside organizations.
• Provided evaluation, treatment/rehabilitation protocols, consults including field coverage for Marine Corps Athletic Teams and Local High School Athletics.
