Responsible, the Team to strictly adhere the Company SOP. Directing and guiding the Marketing Manager to reach the Brand image to the public as a respectable brand and to reach the strong Brand segmentation, also responsible to reach the estimated Marketing target.Budget:Responsible to prepare the department expanse budget and to make sure that all the expanses are controlled with in the budget. Responsible to prepare the sales projection and revenue budget and make sure the entire respective department to achieve the same.Accountable: Accountable for the profitability of the organization, up keeping the assets and render the innovative ideas in the customer service also responsible for operations, marketing plans, and training.
