• Responsible to project INOX as a successful brand to all external customers.

• To devise and implement strategies to optimize the property usage
• To build guest loyalty / repeat business
• To take/ escalate in time, all decisions related to the hotel operations & to ensure that operations run smoothly
• Locate bottleneck resources in the hotel operations and de-bottleneck them on a continuous basis
• To build awareness of Hotel Rose Valley among target guest group
