Ultimately responsible for member business loan portfolio quality and production. Currently manage a profitable loan portfolio in excess of $500 million. I have successfully on boarded three experienced business loan officers within the first six months in my current position to complete our current staffing needs. Currently supervising a lending staff consisting of eight lenders. Contributed, as a team member, on two successful Six Sigma process improvement committees; this resulted in an increase of 50% turnaround time for completed application packets. Also, I have served as a contributing team member to the research, revisions, and implementation and ultimate offering of an online business loan application. Currently in the process of implementing a business loan pricing model, known as Precision Lender, to be used by entire lending staff to insure origination of profitable member relationships.

Licensed investment representative selling various forms of investments including: mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and stocks. Consulted with individuals to insure successful financial planning. Originally, I was hired to manage the investment portfolio of approximately $35 million for banks customers in the greater Menomonie area. When the representative serving the Rice Lake area resigned, I also managed that portfolio to successfully insure a smooth transition for clients until a replacement was hired.

Focus was to insure the Bank’s office location in Menomonie could operate profitably. Originated business loans and managed eight office personnel. Effectively managed expenses and increased loan originations. The result was turning an office that historically lost money each year in operation to profitability of over $250,000 by the end of my second year of employment.

Hired to manage the Banks’s first de novo office and on boarded all initial eight office personnel. Grew office to a profitable location for the bank and eventually expanded lending staff to include a fulltime real estate loan officer and a junior lender. Also, researched the market and successfully expanded into the Bank’s second location prior to leaving.

Managed branch location for the Bank and originated all types of loans including retail, home and small business loans.
