I am currently a student at Purdue University, where I am continuing my education to achieve a degree in Electrical Engineering. I transferred from California where I received an excellent education in all engineering-related fundamental courses; now at Purdue, I have been able to capitalize on my interest for creating practical circuitry that solves real world issues, like a heartbeat sensor for example. I am gaining very important practice in circuit analysis and design, PCB assembly and soldering, and SPICE simulations.I am seeking a position in a related field, where I can employ these skills and even develop them further. I believe there is always room to improve, and that being a lifelong learner is a very valuable asset.

  I began working at the Meadowlark Dairy as a part-time job to gain work experience in high school. After spending a couple years as an employee my commitment and dedication was recognized by my management, and I received a promotion to shift leader. As a shift leader, I am responsible for overseeing all employees on shift, resolving customer complaints or conflicts, and ensuring all operations are running as intended. This job has taught me valuable time management skills which is something I use outside of the workplace as well. During my time with Meadowlark, I have received excellent guidance which has helped me to develop many relevant important team-based skills. Additionally, I was also able to become familiar with operating in a workplace amongst a very diverse group in all aspects.
