Working on the development and implementation of a Logistics optimisation model Project Crystal.The model is designed to optimise tanker movements for maximum energy generation output, also to maintain compliance risk on all export sites across the business.

Currently involved in transporting waste water product to aid water quality compliance targets.I hold NVQ Level 2 in waste water treatment and have been activly involved with logistic management, safe working procedures, vehicle replacement programs.I spent seven months on secondment as a team leader 2008/09 to assist the introduction of YW's Work Management system and continue to provide services to the role.

Providing logistic and operations support to the scheduling & 24/7 team.

Manage planned and reactive sludge movements in the North and East of Yorkshire. Involvement with Fleet replacement tendering and driver performance projects.Assisted the introduction of WMS, an electronic work management tool to allocate 38,000 annual sludge movements.
