In 2013 Thelinor was purchased by the KN Group. Thelinor now operatesas the field service arm of KN Network Service in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland . As Installations Director I am responsible for volume repair and installations work across our client base in Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Thelinor was founded in 2004 and has provided a managed Field support service, to the telecoms industry since then. Thelinor provide a full turnkey solution for all Field operation activity. Each solution is customized, to meet our clients needs. This approach has allowed us to be extremely flexible while maintaining the highest possible standards and meeting stringent KPI’s. Works covered include; Assisted installations and maintenance calls on CATV, MMDS, DTT, Satellite, POTS, FTTC, FTTH networks. Other services include, Network Auditing, CPE reverse logistics and processing, dispatch and call center functionality. As Managing Director I have been responsible for growing the business from a 3 man start up, to a national provider employing over 140 people. Over the past 9 years I have spearheaded some initiatives including, The Paperless Office, IT Everywhere and Remote worker.
