• Management of the company’s Sales and Operations Planning process • Management of the monthly Demand Planning process, in conjunction with the Commercial Teams to produce accurate forecasts.• Development of both short and long term Production Plans, that exceed customer service levels , while operating within the company’s inventory targets.• Planning of all contract packaging, beer and cider products to be supplied by the company • Proactively manage new product forecasting.• Develop, measure and report on Key Performance Indicators, including forecast accuracy and schedule adherence.• Manage all systems used in the forecasting and planning processes, including Logility• Play a lead role within the Operations function by driving a culture of continuous improvement within the business model and practices

• Manage the monthly operational forecast process as an input to the Master Production Schedule .• Play a lead role in the development of all Master Production Schedule Plans during each financial planning cycle.• Monitor, report and control Irish Divisional inventories.• Ensure system data accuracy on SAP in relation to Safety Stocks and Lot Sizes.• Develop, measure and report on Key Performance Indicators.• Provide a comprehensive control and monitoring system that will track all inventory movements, which lead to high levels of stock integrity

• Manage the analysis, review and update of the forecast data from key markets on a monthly basis. • Develop the forecast in conjunction with the Marketing Department, providing metrics and additional feedback data. • Proactively manage the forecast for new products .• Liase with the US Division on the use and running of their Forecasting and Inventory Planning systems.
