As a Residential Childrens Home Manager at Social adVentures, I lead a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support for young people who have experienced trauma and abuse. I have over 7 years of experience in the social care sector, working with various vulnerable groups and managing complex cases. I am passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment for the children and staff, and ensuring that they have access to the best possible opportunities and resources. I have a strong track record of developing and implementing policies and procedures that comply with the regulatory standards and best practices, as well as monitoring and evaluating the outcomes and impact this has on both young people and staff. I am passionate about Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) and the implementation of this within my organisation.
